Archive or reactivate a project
Changed onArchive or reactivate a project, as the app's Archive and Reactivate actions do. action: "archive" stops the project running its scheduled checks and keeps its data; action: "reactivate" starts them again. A workspace keeps at least one active project, so archiving its only one returns 400 last_domain; a pitch project refuses with 403 pitch_not_supported. An archived (paused) project's tracked prompts do not count toward the workspace prompt quota, so reactivating one that would take the workspace over it returns 403 quota_exceeded with current, limit and attempted. Requires the project:manage capability. A stale expectedRevision returns 409 stale_revision. Supports Idempotency-Key replay; a reused key with a different body returns 409 idempotency_conflict.
