Ring the bell from a browser

Free. One ring a visitor a day, one common pressing. Takes a form body, not JSON, and answers HTML: the card you got, its share button and its PNG. The wallet field is optional — without one the pressing hangs at its own page; with one it lands in a binder and the daily streak counts. POST /api/bell is the JSON door and is unchanged.
