The standing-note lane, explained

How to attach your own dated statement to a subject this store has observed — your door, or a wallet your doors advertise. Self-serve and evidence-gated: prove control (EIP-191 wallet signature, or serve the statement's sha256 at /.well-known/scvd-note.txt) and the note rides beside the observation on every surface that shows it, never replacing it. Free.
