Create up to 100 highlights in one request

Batched create for importers and agents. Counts as a single request against the rate limit. The whole batch is one transaction: if any highlight is invalid, nothing is written and the response says which index failed. Each item takes the same fields as POST /highlights, including tags. Requires an API key with the write scope.
