Delete a highlight

Soft delete. The highlight stops appearing in list and search results, and shows up in GET /highlights?include_deleted=true as a tombstone so sync clients can mirror the deletion. Idempotent: deleting an already-deleted highlight returns 200. Requires the write scope.
