Search MCP connector tools

Search executable third-party MCP connector tools by free-text query. Empty query lists connectors; empty query plus namespace enumerates that connector. Hits omit input schemas unless includeInputSchema is true, which requires one exact namespaced tool and always returns at most one hit.
