Update an MCP connector

Replace credentials on an existing preset MCP connector and retry discovery while preserving its identity and tool policy. Supply providerId to reject a connector from a different provider before any credentials are used. Omit credentials to retry discovery with saved credentials. OAuth connectors use the OAuth reconnect operation.

Expected provider ID. When supplied, must match the saved connector before credentials are replaced or discovery starts.

projectIdstring uuid

Project the connector belongs to. Auto-filled from SDK context when omitted.

serverUrlstring uri

Existing MCP server URL. Changing endpoints requires a new connection.

transport'streamable-http' | 'sse'

Existing transport protocol. Changing transport requires a new connection.
