List All Agents

List all agents across ALL organizations (system-wide).

Permission: agent.read (SITE-level) — System Administrators ONLY

Optional filters:

  • deployment_status: "deployed" or "incomplete"
  • subscription_status: "active" or "inactive"
  • organization_public_id: filter by org UUID
  • has_ui: true/false — filter by whether agent has a UI declaration

Returns agents with organization_public_id, organization_name, created_by_name, and created_by_email.
