[beta] Update a Ground Intelligence issue

Updates the status, type, or dismissal metadata for a Ground Intelligence road-condition issue.

<b>Rate limit:</b> 100 requests/min (learn more about rate limits <a href="https://developers.samsara.com/docs/rate-limits" target="_blank">here</a>).

To use this endpoint, select Write Ground Intelligence Issues under the Ground Intelligence category when creating or editing an API token. <a href="https://developers.samsara.com/docs/authentication#scopes-for-api-tokens" target="_blank">Learn More.</a>

Reason for dismissing the issue. Required when status is dismissed. Valid values: notMyJurisdiction, knownIssue, duplicate, inaccurateDetection, other

status'needsReview' | 'reviewed' | 'resolved' | 'dismissed'

Customer-facing review status for the issue. Valid values: needsReview, reviewed, resolved, dismissed

type'pothole' | 'roadCracking' | 'patchedPothole' | 'transverseCrack' | 'longitudinalCrack' | 'alligatorCrack' | 'utilityCut' | 'steelPlate' | 'repavingNeeded'

Customer-facing road-condition type for the issue. Valid values: pothole, roadCracking, patchedPothole, transverseCrack, longitudinalCrack, alligatorCrack, utilityCut, steelPlate, repavingNeeded
