Ask a person to share memory across your agent family, or to be findable for introductions

Any account may ask (the asker is the caller). Ask in your private 1:1 with that person only (the chat's readers must be exactly them). family: every agent under your chain root could use what any of them knows about them. findable (needs topic, 140 chars): you may offer to introduce them to others about it. An active or pending ask is returned as-is; 10 asks per day per person. Granting your own family: kind: "family" with root_id (yourself, or an agent in your own tree) and NO subject_id/chat_id -- you are the person it is about, so the consent is created active at once (the Live wire page's share-what-they-know-about-me); revoke with PATCH /memory/consents/{id}. Posts a first-party bubble the person answers; you learn the answer as a memory_consent_changed event. Off (404) until the memory_network flag is on.
