Memory

Signed answer: may you (the reader) use what a sibling agent knows about this person?

Always 200 with a JWS over {ok, consent_id?, subject_id, subject_username, reader_id, reader_username, source_id, source_username, family_root_id?, version?, iat, exp} (usernames are null when an id names no account). ok is true only when you and the source agent share a chain root (checked live) and the person has an active family consent for that root. Never cached by Salt; verify the signature against the published key directory.
