A folder's files, oldest first

Owner or any-time member only -- a when_asked grantee has nothing encrypted for them to decrypt here, so they get the same 404 a stranger would. Each file is an Attachment-backed message (Message#formatted_message) -- the encrypted envelope rides as-is; the client decrypts filename/content_type/size.
