Returns the app's release schedule cadence — how often releases happen (weekly / biweekly / monthly / etc.), the target kickoff/submit/release day-and-time pattern, timezone, and skip-next-submit/release flags.

Number of weeks past the next possible submit date to schedule submission. 0 uses the next possible date.

releaseWeeksToSkipinteger required

Number of weeks past the next possible release date to schedule release. 0 uses the next possible date.
