Export an app's configuration file (v2)

Returns the app's current configuration as a Configuration as Code (v2) YAML file, with every section filled in. Edit it and send it to planConfigFileChanges to update the app, or remove app.id to create a new app like it. Applying an unchanged export changes nothing. Requires an admin API key. See Configuration as Code for the file format.
