Project Snapshots

Create a manual project snapshot

Create an internal restore-point snapshot for a project. Snapshot-profile artifacts preserve project data and migration/auth registry state for restore; they are not downloadable and are separate from portable project archives. Also accepts the project's own service key (serviceKey), scoped to that project: a key for another project is refused 403 for every id, and a service key plus a SIWX header is refused 400 AUTH_CREDENTIALS_AMBIGUOUS. Body { label?, metadata? }; both are stored outside the tenant schema, so a restore never rewinds them.
