Project Snapshots

Delete a manual project snapshot

Deletes a snapshot and releases its CAS references. In-use snapshots return SNAPSHOT_IN_USE. Also accepts the project's own service key (serviceKey), scoped to that project: a key for another project is refused 403 for every id, and a service key plus a SIWX header is refused 400 AUTH_CREDENTIALS_AMBIGUOUS. A service key may delete only manual snapshots (403 SNAPSHOT_KIND_NOT_DELETABLE_BY_SERVICE_KEY otherwise).
