Read curated demo videos shown on the onboarding pre-picker.

Returns {demo_videos: [{title, description, video_url, thumbnail_url}, ...]}. clean_demo_videos drops malformed items so a typo in the admin editor cannot break onboarding; an empty result is the disabled state and the frontend hides the third pre-picker path.
