Inspect a claim link before using it

Public summary of the anonymous account behind a claim_token: its eSIMs (msisdn, country, status, balance) and which verification factors the claim needs. Never echoes the claim_token. 404 is returned for both unknown and already-used tokens (anti-enumeration).
