Get Honeywell NetBox webhook config

Returns the fully-formed callback URL and a suggested JSON payload template to configure in the Honeywell NetBox webhook forwarder. The integration must be activated (connectHoneywellNetBox) first so a webhook token exists; the returned URL is keyed off that token.
