Delete Honeywell OnGuard integration

Delete Honeywell OnGuard integration. Callable from the Rhombus console (admin) or from the OnGuard side (uninstall). Idempotent per deployment: deleting a rhombusToken that is unknown or already deleted returns success, so the client may safely retry after a network failure.
