A page of standards UNION ALL certifications, ordered by sort (name/type, default name:ASC). q is a case-insensitive substring match on name, description, type or category; type an exact match; filter={"name":"…","type":"…"} case-insensitive substring matches; isDirectoryList=true keeps the seven claim types. Each row is the full standard, as GET /api/standards/:id answers it — legacy rows lacked externalLink, logoFileId, providerName and the stored translations. Answers { data, metadata: { pagination } }; legacy sent { data, meta }.
