One standard from either the standards or the certifications table. logoFileUrl is absolute (the CDN base plus the stored key), and translations always has en, built from name and description when none is stored. Answers the { data, metadata } envelope (legacy answered the bare record). 404 invalid_standard_id for an unknown id (legacy answered an empty 404).
