Build the caller company's supplier network graph

Builds the caller company's graph: a node for each production process of the company and of each company it links to, carrying its facility processes, with no positions and no links. A company has one graph — when it already has one, nothing is written. Answers the graph id with 201 in the { data, metadata } envelope; read the graph with GET /graph (legacy answered the whole graph view).
