Remove some of the caller company's custom questions

Marks the caller company's own live questions named in ids removed, a soft delete, stamped with the caller. 404 not_found when none of the ids is a live question the caller sees; 403 default_question_cannot_be_modifies_by_non_admin, removing nothing, when one is a default question. Other ids are skipped — legacy removed every id once one was the caller's, another company's question included. Answers 204; legacy took a bare array body and answered 200 with an empty body.
