Removes the origin order the caller attached to a raw-material node, reached through any live transaction on its origin-country link: the origin order and its own transaction are flagged removed and the link disconnected, in one transaction. Answers the trace graph of meta.orderId. 404 not_found when the transaction is missing, its link is not an origin-country one, the link has no live origin order or its node is missing or a company's; 403 insufficient_rights when another company attached the origin order; 400 invalid_order_id when the caller may not see meta.orderId — the origin order is removed by then, as in legacy.
