OrderTracing - Transactions

Queues a zip of the documents on a tracing link — those of its live transactions that the order's template asks of the link's origin node; the caller is emailed a download link when it is ready. Answers 204. 404 not_found when the link is missing; 404 file_not_found when it has no documents to zip.
