Replaces a standard's name and description (both required) and its logoFileId and providerName (left out or null stores none; "" is refused, as in legacy). The type is fixed: a type in the body is ignored. translations left out keeps the stored ones and null clears them; legacy cleared them whenever the key was absent. Renaming a certification to another certification's exact name answers 400 STANDARD_NAME_EXISTS. An unknown logoFileId stores no logo; a newly uploaded one is moved to the public bucket. Responds with the standard in the { data, metadata } envelope (legacy answered the bare record). 404 invalid_standard_id for an unknown id.
