Marks the default (common) questions named in ids removed, a soft delete, stamped with the caller. Ids that name no live default question are skipped; 404 not_found when none does. Company-owned questions are never touched — legacy also removed one listed alongside a default id. Answers 204; legacy took a bare array body and answered 200 with an empty body.
