Edits a default (common) question's title and/or hintText (null clears the hint; an omitted key is kept), stamped with the caller, and answers it as stored with its answer options. 404 not_found for an unknown id, a removed question, or a company-owned one. Any other key is a 400: legacy also took apiFieldIdentifier (refused when set with 403 default_question_api_field_immutable, but a null cleared it) and isRemoved (deleting goes through bulk-remove). Answers { data, metadata }; legacy answered the bare row without options.
