Get Share Scenario Detail

Replay a single sampled scenario for a shared snapshot.

Mirrors POST /api/runs/{run_id}/scenario-detail but resolves the snapshot by share token so anonymous viewers (e.g. the compare view) can render the year-by-year ledger without going through an authenticated run id.
