Legacy App Redirect

Legacy /app/* URLs — redirect to the prefix-stripped canonical path.

Before the routing-foundation refactor, the frontend was served under /app/. Old bookmarks, search-engine results, and emailed links still point at /app/scenario/..., /app/pricing, etc. React Router only defines the exact /app shell route, so those subpaths would otherwise render the default home view. Strip the prefix and 301 to the real path.
