Get governance analytics summary

Returns, for every statement in the business's item_governance ruleset, the count and share of items in the caller's node scope that fail it. Scope defaults to every node the caller can read, narrowed by business_node_ids. 404 when governance is not configured or disabled, or governance_analytics is off.
