Curated-only by design. Ranking every public repo does not survive contact with the data: the score is size-biased below ~100 files, a file-count floor does not fix it because documentation-only repos score near 10, and filtering on commit/contributor activity surfaces mostly personal forks of well-known projects, which repos has no is_fork column to exclude.
