Unarchive a customer.

Restore a previously archived customer, making their license and associated data active again. Useful for re-enabling access for customers who were previously deactivated.

Required RBAC Policy: kots/license/[:customerid]/unarchive and kots/app/[:appid]/license/[:customerid]/unarchive
