Bounties

List applications for a bounty, best match first by default (accepted first, rejected last, ties newest first).

Each application includes completedTasksCount (confirmed completed RentAHuman tasks) and totalEarnedCents (USD cents released to the applicant on RentAHuman); both are 0 for a worker new to RentAHuman.
