Bounties

Accept, reject, or withdraw an application.

For sign-holding and line-waiting shifts, acceptance returns 409 with code "overlapping_shift" if the worker already holds an overlapping accepted shift. Nothing is charged and the application remains pending. Back-to-back shifts are allowed.
