Render a published template by its public link (no key)

The URL POST /presets/{id}/share issued. Anyone may fetch it; template variables travel as query parameters (the share reply's example shows the template's own) and every new combination is rendered once, then served from cache. Spending is bounded by the link's daily_render_budget of NEW pictures a day; past it the door answers 429 url_link_budget_exhausted, charges nothing and keeps serving cached variants. Rate-limited by IP.
