List owned render-finished subscriptions

Read scope is sufficient. Responses omit secret target URLs and publish the enforced delivery bounds. Subscriptions belong to the account and issuing API key; revocation or account closure cascades subscriptions and prevents new deliveries. Existing receipts are removed transactionally; an identifier-only receipt racing retirement is removed by a bounded orphan sweep.

Browser/OAuth current member account selector. API keys/embed credentials are bound to their persisted account and reject another account. Omitting this header selects the browser actor personal account.
