Look up an S3 bucket name

What an unsigned HEAD can tell you about a bucket before anyone has credentials for it: whether the name is taken, and by which region. It cannot say whether the bucket is yours, because S3 names are global. For the connect form, so a name that will not work is answered in the field rather than two minutes later in the AWS console.
