Release one of your ownership claims

Signed-in only, and the claim must belong to the caller (404 otherwise). Ends a pending or verified claim: the row is kept as revoked. Publish tokens that relied on it stop working on their next request. Idempotent; an already-expired claim is returned unchanged. You can start a new claim later.
