Confirm Subscription

Success-page fallback that applies a completed subscription checkout without waiting on the Stripe webhook.

Idempotent with the webhook — both go through sync_subscription. It exists because the webhook claims its dedup row before processing, so a handler that died partway through left a paying customer on Starter with nothing that would ever retry.
