Delete Account Endpoint

Permanently delete the signed-in account — the Settings danger-zone action.

Order matters. The cascade runs first and the Clerk user is deleted second, so a failure in the middle leaves the account still signed-in-able and retryable rather than orphaned: a live Clerk user with no data is recoverable, a deleted Clerk user with live Instagram tokens is not.
