Set Attribution
Persist the referral token captured pre-signup (localStorage / rd_ref or rd_uref cookie, pushed by ReferralAttribution after sign-in).
First-touch wins and is server-enforced across both programs: once either referred_by_creator or referred_by_user_id is set, neither is ever overwritten. Replays and later clicks on other links are harmless no-ops (204 either way — idempotent by design).
