Buy prepaid x402 credit (agents)

Answers 402 with one x402 exact-scheme requirement (USDC on Base) for the chosen amount ($1 when amount is left out); pay it with any x402 client. After the payment settles on-chain the answer carries credit_token, shown once and stored only as a hash. Send an existing token as X-Credit-Token to add to its balance instead. Not refundable; does not expire; one balance holds at most $1,000.
