Disconnect an ATProto identity

Disconnect the current account's control relationship so the identity cannot be selected for new actions. Existing verified public-profile links remain auditable until a verified profile steward explicitly removes or replaces them.

Use this identity operation for a signed-in person's external ATProto connections or their verified public-profile representation. Keep account control, profile stewardship, and workspace membership separate when interpreting or changing these relationships.
