Get installed generation capacity from all configured sources

Get installed generation capacity for a zone from every configured source in one response, for cross-source comparison.

Returns one series block per source the caller's scope can see (fuel breakdown only). Sources configured for the zone but with no stored data in the window are omitted. A gap in a source's series means no data from that source is held for the period — either the source does not publish it or it has not been ingested.
