Get a task or completed farm record by ID

Retrieve one existing task or completed farm record using its task ID. Returns its description, status, completion details, photo URLs, record notes and any saved typed record data. Use include to expand supported relationships such as producer, provider, farm, asset, parent and children. This lookup does not update the task, mark it complete or notify anyone.
