Delete an existing task or farm record

Delete the task identified by id. A task may be pending work or a completed farm record, so deleting it removes that record rather than marking work complete. Read the task first to identify it and obtain the person's explicit confirmation before deletion. The caller must have permission to act for the task's producer or provider, and an MCP connection must allow writes. Returns 204 with no response body on success. Use updateTask to change a task or its status without deleting it.
