Returns parcels not sold in min_years or more. Long-hold owners are often motivated sellers — estate planning, deferred maintenance, life changes. county_fips or state_fips is required.

5-digit county FIPS filter.

state_fipsstring

2-digit state FIPS filter.

min_yearsinteger

Minimum years held.

hold_tier'10-15yr' | '15-20yr' | '20-30yr' | '30yr+'

Filter by hold-period tier. Case-insensitive; any other value is a 400.

min_valueinteger

Minimum assessed value, USD.

tax_delinquentboolean

true = only parcels on a treasurer's or tax collector's property-tax delinquency / lien-sale / tax-sale list as of today (status delinquent or in_sale; redeemed and sold never count; expired records never used). Pilot jurisdictions only: a parcel elsewhere never matches. false or absent = no filter.

limitinteger

Page size, max 500.

Pagination offset.
