parcel.owner_changed — any deed recorded against a tracked parcel (superset of parcel.sold)
PropRaven POSTs this event when a deed of any kind is recorded against a parcel matching one of your webhook filters — sales, quitclaims, trust transfers, gift deeds, etc. When the transfer is a real sale (price > 0, arm's-length), is_sale: true and PropRaven ALSO POSTs a parcel.sold event. Signature verification: HMAC-SHA256 over <unix_ms>.<raw_body>, secret from webhook creation, header X-PropRaven-Signature: t=<unix_ms>,v1=<sig>. Reject if the request timestamp is more than 5 minutes from now.
Headers
t=<unix_ms>,v1=<hex>: HMAC-SHA256 of <t>.<raw_body> keyed with the endpoint secret. Reject if the timestamp is more than 5 minutes from now.
The payload's event_id (the same on every retry).
The payload's event_type.
The delivery id shown by GET /webhooks/{id}/deliveries (the same on every retry).
Attempt number, starting at 1 (equals the payload's delivery_attempt).
Payload
Response
Any 2xx status acks the delivery; the body is not read. A non-2xx response is retried up to 8 attempts in all (waits of 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 h, 2 h and 6 h), then the delivery is dead_lettered. A send whose outcome is unknown (network error or timeout) stays in_flight and is not retried automatically.
Changes
Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
